Nairi Usher Visiting Researcher
Quantum algorithms, Bayesian inference, cryptography and surfing.
Naïri Usher completed her PhD in quantum computing, where her thesis considered models of quantum computing, probing the connection between physical resources and computational power. She was then a postdoc within UCL’s Department of Computer Science, working in quantum and classical machine learning, where she collaborated with Siemens in order to study how quantum algorithms could be harnessed for learning tasks. She is now chief scientist at Flare Networks, a blockchain startup.
