Pippa Cole is a science writer at the London Institute. She did her PhD in Cosmology at the University of Sussex, focusing on theories of the early universe. She is committed to communicating scientific research effectively to the public, and believes in the importance of engaging non-scientists with the latest innovations and discoveries. She writes summaries of papers, projects and events at LIMS and engages with external media organisations. She has previously worked for an academic publishing company and was an author for the astronomy blog Astrobites during her PhD.
