Clifford algebraic invariants of linear maps and corresponding Coxeter transformations in root systems have recently drawn attention in group theory. We compute these invariants for different simple roots and reflection orderings. By applying neural networks and principal component analysis to the resulting dataset, we achieve high classification accuracy and uncover new connections between the geometric invariants.
